zollynzollyn – privacy notice (demo version)
1. Who is the data controller?

2. In brief
The demo version of zollyn works without a server and without registration, using made-up test data. The app does not ask you to sign in and does not send the data you enter to the controller or to anyone else. While the app is running, the data stays on your device and is lost when you close the app.
3. What data does the app involve?
- What you type (e.g. the description of a fault report, task status): stays on the device only while the app is running; it is not sent to a server.
- Camera and photos: the app uses the camera only when you take a photo for your work (e.g. for a fault report). The photo stays on the device and is not uploaded. You can deny the camera permission; the function that needs a photo then cannot be used.
- It does not ask for: location, contacts, microphone, SMS or call log; there are no ads and no marketing analytics.
4. Third-party component: Google ML Kit
The app contains a Google ML Kit barcode-scanning library, which is needed for the QR-code function of the full (server-based) app. The demo version does not use this function. According to Google's documentation, when this library is used it may send diagnostic and usage statistics (device type, operating system version, package name and app version, per-installation identifier, performance metrics, event types) to Google over HTTPS, and according to Google it does not pass them on to third parties. 5. Google Play
Google Play handles the installation and updating of the app; Google processes the related data (e.g. installation data) under its own privacy policy.
6. The website and e-mail (zollyn.com)
This website does not use cookies, contains no analytics or tracking, and does not load content from external sources. The site is served through the services of Cloudflare, Inc.; when you view it, technical log data (e.g. IP address, time of the request, browser type, the page requested) may arise at Cloudflare, which handles it under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If you send an e-mail to one of the addresses of the zollyn.com domain, Cloudflare forwards the message to the controller's mailbox. We use the details you provide in the message (e.g. your name, your e-mail address, the content of the message) only to answer your enquiry.
7. Your rights
Because the controller does not receive any personal data from you in the demo version, it generally cannot act on requests concerning such data. If you nevertheless believe that your data has reached the controller, you can request information, rectification or erasure at the e-mail address above; we will reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): naih.hu.
8. Minors
The app is made for workplace (business) use and is not aimed at children.
9. Changes
If the data handling of the app or of the libraries in it changes (in particular when switching to the server-based version with accounts), we will update this notice; the date of effect is shown at the top of the page.
